I am a Platinum ALL Member, and my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. If you are on business (as I were) and believe that all Novotel follows a standard level, this is not the case. The service level is very poor and early in the morning people from housekeeping employees talking loudly, disturbing your sleep. I have been there for 3 night and in the second night I requested a room-service, which they decided to attend after fourth request...

Great hotel, welcoming staff and nice food. But the star attraction - Mr Cesar at front desk. A very charming and accommodating personality. He showed us around the hotel, a few room options to choose from and wasn’t fussed about our additional requests. Just the kind of person every hotel needs. He also spoke great English so helped us translate and order food at the restaurant. Breakfast also nice and hot. The rooms are nice and spacious, pool area is nice too with toys outdoor as well as an indoor toy room. Loved our 3 day stay and would happily return.

We had a day in Campo Grande, good place to relax

We had caught a very early flight from Cuiaba (5am) to Campo Grande and arrived at the hotel at about 7am. We were able to get an early check in for 50% of the daily rate. The hotel has pretty good facilities (a pool, an exercise room and a restaurant which serves buffets for each meal (there is an a la carte menu, but I wouldn't recommend it). There is a nearby park in the town. The reception staff spoke good English. We had a comfortable day there.
