Old fashioned hotel , during check in, the staff didn't ask the vehicle for free parking. The room was nice , clean but for the towel we have the ripped one and for bath soap was limited , for dental kit just setup one while we came for 2 pax. Lack of manning showed up while breakfast . Slow refill and there isn't any fb attendant to controlling the breakfast. But the food was a tasty. For last, the parking staff from 3rd party less dexterous while we check out

Good Stay! Believe that it’s an old hotel but still heve kept it clean and hygiene. A very special thanks to Chef Cipto for providing special care and attention for all the vegetarian food. And felt very happy that he learnt how to make paneer and vegetable puff with a brief chat in one day 😊 Grateful to him 🙏 Cheers Shard

good location, but vehicle access may be a bit hard staffs: great and friendly staffs, although service can sometimes be slow. room: deluxe was spacious, but bathroom was small. small stains on the bottom side of the bed. clean bed sheets, dirty carpet, small sofa. PLEASE VACUUM THE CARPET MORE OFTEN. breakfast: low variation of dishes, 1 coffee machine, taste was average. not to my liking. pool: great and well maintained, but some nature particles (dirt, leaves, etc.) are present. only 3 lounge chairs. PLEASE ADD MORE LOUNGE CHAIRS. building: wear and tear were present, has shown its age, doesn’t age well, requires renovation and better maintenance. 4 elevators with Buttons that are not integrated and 1 service elevator. for the price, its worth it because of the location and well-being facilities.

CLEAN HOTEL. I was suprise. Never expect with this cheap price but hotel is so clean. In US maybe this price is just for motel standard. Kudos to ofcourse HK manager and team who work so hard to make this hotel clean and accomodating to all. 2 thumbs for your staff.

Old Hotel in Jakarta Glodok

I think this is the cheapest hotel Mercure that I ever found. It looks old but still elegant. Maybe it's because the hotel is near Glodok or Chinatown in Jakarta. The building, hallways, lobby, and rooms looked old but still comfortable. You can sense it by the smell of the hotel. the hotel provides a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa on the 3rd floor. I stayed in the room on the 17th floor. The room was spacious with 29m2. The bathroom was small but provided the bathtub, even though I only booked a superior type. I don't know about the food on the room service menu but the breakfast was delicious. It is cheap, so not much variation. restaurant on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located near Chinatown, Petak Enam, LTC Glodok, and Kota Tua. But you still have to use public transportation such as online taxis or Transjakarta. Luckily, the Transjakarta is located in front of the hotel. The staff in this hotel was kind and helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in to the hotel until I left the hotel.
