4박 5일 중 세째날 1번 청소함. 룸은 정리가 되었지만 무료 식수는 리필되지 않았고 욕실의 사용한 수건이 그대로 있었고 새 수건도 없었음. 입구에 있는 장애인용 리프트로 한번도 도움받지 못함.

Upon checking, it appears that the Do Not Disturb sign was placed on your door during the first three days of your stay. In line with our policy to respect our guests privacy, our housekeeping team did not enter the room during that time. This is why cleaning, as well as the replenishment of drinking water and towels, was only carried out on the third day once the sign had been removed. Regarding the accessibility elevator, we sincerely apologize that you did not receive the assistance you needed. Your comment has been shared with our team to ensure this does not happen again.
