Stay was better than ok. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was ok. Only drawback was the location. It was a good 20/25 minute walk to the old city but very doable. Stayed only one night but the grounds looked good and there was a pool. A decent place to stay at a reasonable price. Recommend.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The shower-head was very good. The breakfast had a wide assortment of food items. We enjoyed the outdoor dining option. The chef was super friendly, asking if we wanted anything specific. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. There was a walk to get to this hotel from the airport "metro" and train lines, and getting to the main Bari area, but it was not a difficult walk. We would stay here again if in Bari.

Clean, efficient

We stayed for one night taking an apartment, which was modern and very clean. The hotel has a large parking place and you can easily walk to old Bari in 20-25 minutes without worrying about the car. The reception is a bit cramped, but all worked well.

A super clean hotel with a beautiful garden, good beds, and a very - very poor breakfast.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a super beautiful garden around the hotel, especially good is the swimming pool and deckchairs around it. The garden view from the hotel window is fantastically beautiful both at night and during the day. The breakfast arrangement is very poor and strange, only one coffee machine is available, with a constant queue, and when will it be full or will the milk and beans run out? The warm meal is only an omelette, and even that gets cold while you wait in line for coffee. The fish is constantly running out, not even porridge made with water can be found. Fresh orange juice is available separately from the bar at an additional cost. In short, the breakfast would need a very critical review by the hotel management, the same thing every day, or nothing. Another embarrassing note is that toilet bowls could sometimes be used to destroy bacteria using a duck neck.

Nice hotel but don't bother with upgraded rooms

Hotel is OK, rooms a little dated but fine. Nice pool and staff are polite . I booked an external room as I wanted a balcony, but this was not possible when I arrived, so given a superior room - no explanation until queried. I was taken to see the room in exterior building the next day as we could have moved but very underwhelmed. A building on other side of car park overlooking the roof of an ugly building. Picture advertised does not reflect reality. Superior room is large but that's the only thing superior. Told it had view of pool and free mini bar - weird shape window and you will not spend any time looking out of it so pool view irrelevant - mini bar 2 bottles of pop, 2 water and a bar of chocolate. On the whole hotel was fine so am not advising not to book. I would only say book the basic room as upgrade is not worth it. I had originally booked a basic room and then upgraded to the rooms with a terrace; had I know I was not going to get one of those rooms - or that they had a horrible view - I would have been more than happy in the basic room. I would have been much happier to have been given the choice to revert back to my original booking at that fee than have to pay for an upgraded room I did not want. The onus to get any refund was put on me as told to email the management - that is not what you want when you are cross with what has been delivered. We did get a complimentary breakfast but only because I caused a bit of a fuss so it was definitely just to shut me up.
