I stayed at this hotel as a last minute decision due to my overnight ferry being cancelled. It’s fine for its purpose a very close to the ferry port entrance which is just across the street. Very basic rooms but clean and functional interactions with staff. Rooms quite cold.

Great for an overnighter before the ferry. We had the family room which had 2 bedrooms which was amazing and not easy to find. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and there was secure parking. Breakfasts start from 6 which was perfect when going on the early ferry. Staff were helpful and polite. All in all, we had a great stay.

Came to this hotel on a tour group so I did not have a choice. Did not help it was during France's highest heatwave and it was extra unfortunate that the AC was not working. Rooms were extremely hot and stuffy. Everything was dingy, thankfully I checked my bed and no bedbugs. Sleeping was so uncomfortable and I had to spend two nights here. Breakfast was extremely bland. Only star is for the nice staff.

Very small room. Not many rooms face the harbour.Clean and comfortable bed, but lacks any sort of personal touch. Bath very small and narrow. Contintal breakfast OK. Lacking in any safety features . I e smoke alarms, sprinklers, no signage on the door regarding emergency exit. Defibrillator in reception is hiding behind a plant with no signage to say where it is. Not in the centre of town as stated. So a good walk to Riva Bella beach which has it all going on.

Due to the way the hotel is built, the layout doesn’t allow for all rooms to have a sea view. However, if you would like to book a sea-view room for your next stay, we’d be happy to check availability and make arrangements for you. We want to reassure you that the safety of our guests is our top priority. Our hotel undergoes an annual security inspection, and if we did not meet required safety standards, we would not be legally permitted to operate. While sprinklers are not a legal requirement for our type of establishment, we have more than 30 fire extinguishers located throughout the hotel, and all emergency exits are clearly marked with illuminated green exit signs. Each room is also equipped with an evacuation plan, and we take extra care to ensure all safety features are in place. In regard to the defibrillator, it is located at the entrance near reception, and there is signage indicating its location. We understand that the plant may have obscured it slightly, and we’ll ensure that it’s more clearly visible in the future. We also have a sticker at the hotel entrance indicating the presence of a defibrillator for guest awareness. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. This is a perfect location for the UK Ferry, the hotel is directly oppositethe ferry terminal. The facilities, rooms and breakfast match exactly the description of the hotel on the ACCOR website. The front of house staff member Pauline is lovely and very efficient, she is a credit to the hotel. Lorsqu'une belle Rose s'en va vers un monde meilleur, le temps viendra d'ouvrir votre cœur à une autre belle Rose.
