Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed feedback following your stay at the Mercure Versailles Château. We are delighted to hear that you had such a pleasant experience and that you appreciated the cleanliness of your room, the amenities provided, as well as the kettle and capsule coffee machine. We are also pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast selection, particularly the variety of cheeses and breads, and our complimentary water station offering still, chilled and sparkling water. Thank you as well for your thoughtful suggestion regarding the breakfast selection. Your idea of adding more leafy green vegetables to the salad options is much appreciated and will be shared with our team. We are particularly happy to hear that you appreciated the attention of our reception team, both during breakfast and at check-out. We will be delighted to share your kind words with the colleagues concerned. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the ease of access and Wi-Fi speed, and we will continue to look for ways to improve the experience in these areas. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Versailles on a future visit. Kind regards, The Mercure Versailles Team
