Good location which felt safe to walk to at night, about 10 minutes from the metro. Clean & exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Twin beds were good sized. The room was small but we didn’t intend on spending much time in the hotel - was perfect for sleeping, getting ready & breakfast. I would be mindful if you have lots of luggage as there wouldn’t be much storage space for you. All staff were friendly & helpful. I’d recommend to anyone on a short city break to Versailles with small luggage.

This hotel is very well situated and was very clean. However, if you come by car beware that the car park is in fact a basement and very difficult to access and to turn round in to exit...unless you are the only car. I was asked for the size of my car when booking and am usually able to park a car. Admittedly my car is new and I may still be learning but I found this a challenge. Might be best to use the public car park if you in any way doubt your ability to manoeuvre in a tight space.

The room was absolutely tiny, as was the bed, there was nowhere at all to put any luggage whatsoever, it was dark (2 walls painted black) the equally minute bathroom was behind a badly fitting slider door, the room was hot and stuffy (the aircon didn’t work) and noisy from within and from outside. No idea how two grown up adults could possibly spend a pleasant evening in this room. Only one can move at any time, the other has to wait on the bed🤷🏻‍♀️ No silver Accor card holders welcome glass of wine and no parking (unless you are one of a first lucky six that drives a very small car, it’s a tiny garage) so either it’s find a random space on the street somewhere or stump up €24 for a car park sort of near by but not really convenient. Hugely disappointing for a Mercury where we frequently stay with no problems ever? Won’t stay again but the only saving grace that night was a local wine bar and Thai restaurant which were great !

Excellent location for visiting the Palace of Versailles.

The hotel has an excellent location for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The receptionist was great in helping us to settle in for our two night stay. The room was comfortable, albeit a little on the small side as was the tiny car park. The only minor downside we felt was the (buffet) breakfast, which for the price, felt it didn't offer value for money! Hence, we ate out the second morning in a local restaurant. This didn't affect our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Well situated close to the castle, resturants and a supermarket (MonoPrix). OK bed, some minor noice from the street, I slept alright. Great breakfast, pain au chocolate, bacon and white beans, you couldn’t ask for more! Nice staff, smooth checkout
