We stayed one night and had a great experience. After checking out, we realized we’d left something valuable in the safe. The staff (Camille Miranda -office manager) went above and beyond — they quickly found it and arranged to have it couriered to our next destination. We were so impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and kindness. Truly outstanding service!

Nice area where hotel is located, close to Chateau. Trying to be modern environmental friendly like one towel in bathroom, no complimentary bottle of water in room but you need to fill your bottle in lobby and bring it into the room, like middle age. Separated toilet but no tap to wash hands... I guess it's OK for some cheap hotel but 200€ for single room is a bit too much. Very average hotel, not worth price they ask.

Beautiful hotel, neat and tidy in a perfect location as Versailles. Close to the Chateau and outside the Paris traffic but easy to be reached by car or public transport. Worth the money and highly recommend. Will definitely think about booking again!

We stayed here for the Olympics to watch the Modern Pantathlon at Versaille. Hotel is a maximum 20-25 min walk to the Chateau de Versailles main entrance, while access to the gardens is closer (via Porte St Antoine). We really could not fault the hotel with great service, rooms and location. We arrived by car and easy to find and own underground parking.

Loved this 3 night hotel stay. Brilliant location - it seemed to be 15 mins from everywhere ie train station, chateau, market, good restaurants. Quiet at night - we were on the main road and had 3 good nights sleeps. Comfy beds and pillows. Good sized family room, cleaned daily and a working safe. Lex (restaurant) and Magodli (night reception, apologies if I’ve spelt her name wrong) - excellent members of the hotel team! Great customer service and personalities. Reasonably priced, secure parking. The restaurant is definitely worth a go - kids menu was fantastic value and the adult food was good quality. Breakfast choice was good - only negative was the bananas on offer were pretty battered.
