I personally thought this property was overrated and super expensive for what you got. It was difficult to find the entry; it was dark and dingy and not well sign posted. Yes it has a restaurant and a pool etc, but not everyone is there for that. We paid over $400 for the night and once inside the room it was no different than one we paid $200 for the previous night. The water from the shower ran straight out as there was no base stopping it. The sugars had not been checked for goodness knows how long as they were soaked with dry coffee. We had paid for late checkout as we arrived late.. (checkout usually 10am, we were there til 11). At 9:20am, there was a continual bang on the door and then it opened with a woman calling housekeeping.?? So unprofessional I thought! Our shoes were outside the door so surely they realised someone was in there?

I sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered – particularly regarding the housekeeping disruption, the condition of the sugar sachets, and the water runoff in the shower. These are not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold, and I’ve personally followed up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these matters are addressed. I also understand your concerns about signage and access to the hotel. I’m pleased to share that by the end of this month, we’re installing four new street-facing signs around the property to make the entrance clearer and more welcoming for all guests. While I know this visit didn’t leave the best impression, I’d love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to experience the improvements we’re putting in place. Had a pleasant stay at ibis styles. From the outside o was very hesitant but once got to rooms was very nice and modern. Nice pool area. The only down thing was the room had block out blinds, and the roller blinds didn’t fit the room properly so lights of light from the sun in the morning, but overall a great stay

A differenza delle precedenti recensioni, anche avendo soggiornato solo una notte con relativa cena e colazione, la camera si ey presentata pulita, accogliente e molto silenziosa. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale e non ho avuto nessun tipo di disservizio.

A friendly and hospitable welcome by Lexi. Restaurant was still open as we checked in late, great customer service by Anns. Amazing Barramundi & chips and the scotch fillet & sides was perfect. Our room was recently refurbished, clean and comfortable! Pool and surrounding grounds clean and tidy. Thanks for the welcome :)

De kamer was ruim en bood de gekende Ibis standaard. Het hotel is recent gerenoveerd. Dit was het duurste hotel dat we hadden in Australië. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Wifi werkt niet in de kamer. Het publiek bestaat er uit werkmannen en dat geeft een bepaalde sfeer. Het inbegrepen Australische continentale ontbijt was heel beperkt. Het warme ontbijtbuffet waarvoor je nog eens 15 AUD per persoon moet bijbetalen was om 7u30 al helemaal leeggeroofd.

Met betrekking tot uw commentaar op WiFi , we in de laatste fase van de verbetering van onze WiFi- systeem en hopen op een nieuw systeem te lanceren in laatste kwartaal van 2014 heb ik ook gesproken met onze chef-kok en we werken samen om ons ontbijt opties uit te breiden.
