Room 29, where we stayed on our return trip was nice. Hope all the other rooms get to be fitted the sameway soon. We like the fairly new renovation of the restaurant and the helpful serving staff especially Jess. Offered to make us fried eggs and cofee, making us feel welcome and she was very attentive.

The staff at this hotel were lovely, and my room was refreshed each day. However, I encountered a significant issue during my stay. One of my colleagues had the shower door fall on her, which was quite alarming. It appeared that the rooms had previously experienced flooding, as many items showed signs of water damage. Additionally, the space to exit the shower was awkward and not well-designed. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were adequate for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I also noticed that one of the mugs I was using had a chip in it. After I discarded it, I found it was taken out of the bin, washed, and returned for me to use again, which I found concerning regarding hygiene. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the issues I encountered left much to be desired for a business trip.
