Following a very long day at Gatwick! ending with our flight being cancelled we were eventually moved to the Ibis Styles hotel. The staff at the Ibis Styles were spot on considering the number of very tired and frustrated people and very little info from Tui!!! They dealt with us quickly and politely. Nice comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Given the circumstances an excellent hotel experience.

Staff at the desk were all so friendly and helpful. Big thanks to matteo who checked me in yesterday night after the longest day of travelling ever! He was so kind and helpful and really made my day. The day staff accommodated as late a checkout as possible which I really needed which was also really helpful!

After a complete mess with massive delay at gatwick, Ibis put 180 of us up at short notice! Despite a long que to check in as it was late at night, the rooms were impressively clean and comfy. The breakfast provided was very tasty and even my fussy teenager was stuffed! There where several staff members who went out of their way to liaise with gatwick and find out what was happening with the flight as we where having shocking communication with the airline. For what was a really stressful situation, being in this nice environment with helpful people really helped keep what could have been chaos at bay. Many thanks from all of us on the delayed XQ691 on 8/7!

I have just stayed at the new Ibis Hotel and Gatwick and it was such a peaceful experience. The new decor is really light and playful. My checking was smooth and friendly, and the assistance I received from the manager helping with my huge suitcase was do appreciated. The room had so many perfect features including a big comfy bed, excellent tv with natural color and apparent block out blind on the window. The hotel is located on a really quiet side road so you can’t believe how quiet it is night because you hear neither cars nor airplane. I had half board which was filling & delicious. Loved the staff and I will for sure stay again before or after my flights from London.

Nos alojamos aquí un grupo con adolescentes por la cancelación de un vuelo en Gatwick, y el hotel es estupendo si necesitas estar cerca de Gatwick. Las habitaciones están bien y son muy silenciosas, las camas son amplias y comidas, el servicio limpio y amplio. Pero lo que sobresale es su personal: han sido extremadamente atentos, amables y comprensivos, ayudándonos a hacer de nuestra estancia forzosa un tiempo que recordaremos con cariño. Recepcionistas, camareros, cocineros... Todos un 10, muy por encima de simplemente hacer su trabajo.
