The meat is super soft and tasty! The sauce is sweet and very savory. It comes with caramelized plantain and guacamole dots of decoration. On the side it comes with a traditional rice called “arroz con coco” (coconut rice). (Not in the pic) it’s brown and also kinda sweet. Everything is very tasty!

Without a doubt, what I expected, great hotel, great service, especially the waiter Jair, great job, the hotel completely met my expectations.And nothing super recommended, the hotel is very luxurious, especially the 1621 restaurant, an unparalleled experience.

We ate at this restaurant on our final night in Cartagena. It provides high quality food at a very fair price and beautiful setting. Also Jorge’s service was above and beyond 👏 would definitely recommend to people visiting the walled city!

We had a great time and a really nice dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic. The hotel has a lot of chRm and is unique in Cartagena. The staff is superb as well.
