For 210 Euro/night and as Platinum member I am shocked: - Only a small beer as welcome drink. - No facilities for tea/coffee in the room. - Luggage storage for 3 Euro/piece and complicated with a slow elevator into the basement with a labyrinth to find a slow & strange machine. - Dusty construction ongoing in the hotel. Should be closed during renovation. Would not have booked if I’d have known. - Water pressure low. Not worth more than 80 Euro/night!

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is not too far from the Gare du Nord station, so we were able to walk to the hotel. The breakfast was great - fresh fruit/scrambled eggs and sausage/bread/a range of cheeses/little croissants and I would recommend the madeleine cakes - they were delicious. There was also the usual tea/coffee and fresh orange juice. Our room was large and so was the bathroom. Both were spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed one night only as it is closer to the station. One of the worst decisions I have taken so far. Pathetic service. Zero professionalism when it comes to all the front desk staff. Showing too much attitude for visitors. I requested for extra towels because the towels that were already in the room were smelly and front desk rejected saying that their housekeeping is until 1pm only. Bathroom did not have basic amenities even except for two lousy paper cups.

Front Office is Not helping and understanding Human relations

We made reservation for this hotel today in the afternoon but by mistake instead of tomorrow I booked Today then We called Hotel but they did not helped us,even my sister was not there and they have chance to change date But they refused .I am also working in the hospitaly industry as General Manager But Their attiuade was not good,No interest ,no guest Satisfaction
