Love the beach and the staff, in particular Animation team: Rose, Marley and Luca. You must try bocca, stretching, yoga, belly dancing... The food is tastful, there is plenty to choose from. The overall service is fantastic. Come to enjoy!!

This is the 3rd time there every time is getting better. Special thanks for Mr. MINA at the reception, he is professional, very helpful, and welcoming, and also Mr. Hesham Check in didnt take more than 10 min, although we didn't have any reservation. The bank card system was down for a whole day, which didn't stop him from helping and welcoming all of us, offering lunch and welcome drinks for all family. Helping reservation on site to take a benefit of special discount You just feel like you are at home or better. Also, special thanks for Mr. Ahmed at the restaurant, who is just waiting for you to ask for any thing to make. Really all stuff are there just at your service and for your satisfaction. Room was good with small mini room with two beds private tv private AC for the kids ALL devices sound good all maintained. house keeping are just at your request or just leave the sign on door and you will find all things are reset. We were sad to leave, but we will be back soon again.

Unfortunately I had to cancel due to health reasons, however I would like to thank the manager Mahmoud and also Elia who were both just fantastic! They made the process very easy for me as Hotels.com were not helping me. I look forward to staying soon!

I want to say its very good hotel I come here more then 10 time and I always found special thing and good service I want to talk about the beach its fantastic and also the pool and there is 4 pool and in the night the animation team always do for us good show

The hotel is great. The gardens are excellent, very greeny and we'll arranged. The beach is great too. The staff is the the best, very polite and friendly and there is entertainment all day. The food is great, and a lot of varieties. There are cocktails and drinks all day. Everything was great
