No wifi signal to the room at all.

Our WIFI network is currently being upgraded to a new high-speed model. Unfortunately during this process we are encountering some minor technical issues. Rooms in the older wing looking very dated, there were cockroaches in the room and there was no WiFi.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment on a large number of rooms that will include amongst many changes new flooring, new furniture and high speed WIFI. Apologies for the cockroaches, we have found that due to the excessive wet weather we encountered this summer that we are experiencing a large number of insects around the hotel. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Nice little resort

Reception was great. Food was good. Facilities were good. Wifi didnt reach room 169. Room was quite noisy from fridge and lack of soundproofing, could hear quite loudly whenever anyone was using water in other rooms i.e. showering.

Rooms were very tired, dirty, and noisy, not impressed with the facility at all, not up to Accor standard that's for sure
