Tren istasyonundan kolay ulaşım,güler yüzlü personel oda ve banyo temiz,yatak rahat ve internet sorunsuz.Otelin bitişiğinde McDonald's ve diğer tarafta süpermarket olması büyük avantaj,otobüs durağı otelin tam önünde.Kesinlikle burada konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim.

Odadaki havlular ıslak ve kokuyordu. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Chur küçük bir şehir, konum olarak şehir dışında kalıyordu.

Dear Mr. U. Thank you for taking time to share your feedback on your stay at ibis Chur. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not go well as expected. We apologize that the towels provided in the room were wet and smelly. This is of course not the standard that we normally offer. We take this matter seriously and make sure that this will never happen again in the future. In regards to your comment about our location, it takes a while to reach our hotel from the train station by foot. However the buses are easily accessible and the bus stop is right in front of our building. Our guests profit free bus pass during their stay. We hope that we still have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit to Chur. Warm regards and happy holidays, ibis Chur Team
