The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were all amazing and very helpful. The views were spectacular and would highly recommend this to anyone. With the guest pass that is supplied made it very easy to get around the city and many discounts on loads of attractions. Room 1 09 is by far the best room for views

Unpleasant stay

Staff were friendly and the hotel seemed nice enough but there was a foul sulphuric smell upon arrival and around midnight there was someone on our balcony outside, we heard another guest shout at them and then saw someone run past our window across all of the balcony's outside, as they are all attached and have gates to access each one. 2 doors down there were a group of males who were all loud and smoking cannabis which stunk the whole room out, which we can only imagine it was them who were wandering around people's balcony's. As 2 females travelling alone we felt very unsafe and had to call reception in which a gentleman came up to have a look and went to speak to them. We do not know the outcome as we never heard from him after he left. A sleepless night later we checked out the following morning. An unpleasant stay in Chur put abit of a damper on our trip which had been fantastic so far.

Ugly building , set in the business area of Chur. The rooms, whilst clean, were the smallest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The balcony we had was large, but functional, to say the least . Daughter didn’t use hers, as on most balcony’s there is just a really low divide between balconies easily step over able, affording no privacy at all. Claims the bar is always open, yet to get any ice proved really tricky. Think we’d stay in the old town next time.

After all, the building is shown in pictures on all booking platforms. And the pyramid is unique in Chur! We find it anything but ugly, but of course that is a matter of taste. A very cosy, neat and clean hotel. Great stop if you are taking the bernina train route. We stayed there for a night with family and loved the comfort of the rooms. There is a McDonalds too that surprisingly had great vegetarian options. helpful staff and great rooms !

Over Priced. Rooms Are small. Location is the Best Part

Location is the only thing i liked. Rooms are very small but have a balcony facing road is a relief. Dint find it worth for what they charged other than the location. They ask to pay some local taxes other than city tax , which we denied & asked to collect from the booking website. They dint give us the guest cards too. Breakfast was normal. Checkin wasnt that smooth.
