This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden. De staff is really very friendly en helpful. We miss only coffee en thee facilities on our room. Especially because for a trip you leave before breakfast. And the mini barr wasn't filled. The restaurant is very beautiful and stylish. We loved it but very expensive.

The location of the hotel is very good just by the rive. It only took us 5-10 minutes to walk to the Luxor Temple, and lots of local business. Since the hotel is also connected to and part of the Winter Palace, we got to share the lovely garden and nice pool. We tried room service, which was very good and reasonably priced. But the room was really DATED. Adding the simple and somehow limited food option in breakfast, we couldn't believe this is a property managed by Sofitel, which should all be five star hotels.

This is my home in Luxor, no place has the hospitality that this hotel gives. You really breath and experience class. In each detail from the breakfast to your room you recognize full dedication of each staff. For example, regarding your room confort, the Housekeeping manager, Mr. Emam, shows his great knowledge in all the details that will recharge you while you sleep. The inmense garden with its Flamingos is a game changer, with no parallels. This is the place to enjoy while you're in Luxor.

Oh wow, this place is stunning 😍. From the time you arrive at reception and greeted by the lovely staff who make you feel very welcome, and such a clean and immaculate reception area. Then onto the room, wow, we had a suite overlooking the pool area. The room was so big with separate seating area and everywhere in the room was so clean and tidy. The bathroom was very big with fresh towels, dressing gown and slippers, we had coffee and tea making facilities and fresh fruit. Also a mini fridge in sitting area. And 2 balconies! AMAZING ROOM, housekeeping staff always making sure everything okay and if you need anything, really lovely staff who make sure you have everything you need and pride themselves on cleanliness and this is evident everywhere in the hotel even around the pool area which is stunning, lots of chairs available and the staff also attentive. Cannot fault this hotel at all! 10/10 throughout! Can't wait to visit again 🇪🇬
