I like the hotel and the location but for such a hotel of this standard i believe that something needs to be done the the lifts as i had to wait sometimes more than 10m to get one.... unacceptabel when it occurs several times on a day

Dear, Ms. F. Thank you very much for your kind words regarding our hotel and location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the elevators. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait such a long time, especially on multiple occasions throughout the day. Please be assured that we are reviewing the current elevator operation and capacity with our engineering team to identify improvement measures. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance our service, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future.
