I like the hotel and the location but for such a hotel of this standard i believe that something needs to be done the the lifts as i had to wait sometimes more than 10m to get one.... unacceptabel when it occurs several times on a day

Novotel Ambassador, hotel molto bello e curato sotto ogni aspetto, camere ben pulite , personale attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente, molto cordiale, molto gentile e molto paziente, perlomeno con me e la mia amica che non parliamo quasi per niente l'inglese. Buon hotel a Gangnam. Stanza un po' datata, specialmente il bagno (vasca con tendina di stoffa decisamente non gradevole), ma pulita e letto grande e super comodo. Colazione ricca, ristorante Entrée buono ma troppo caro. Avendo l'aereo di rientro alle 23 ho chiesto di poter effettuare il late check out (ovviamente pagando) e mi han detto che non c'era posto. Però ho potuto aggiungere un'intera notte alla prenotazione (tariffa intera) - quindi il posto c'era, semplicemente han voluto farmi pagare la tariffa piena

Unfortunately, we had a high occupancy in October and November which made early check-in and late check-out complicated. However, our front desk staff should have been able to offer you all the different possibilities. Once again I am sorry that we failed in understanding your needs. Rest reassured that after your comment, our front desk employees received proper educational training to avoid this situation happening again.
