The hote have major maintenance all the day long treble noise you can't relax for a minute the woman in the reception did not have any information regarding the maintenance and she is not friendly at all the manager told me nothing i can do all the rooms have equal noise you have to live with that the hotel in general overrated

I like this hotel very much as it is nice not too far away from the airport (1 station on metro). This is especially convenient when arriving late. The restaurant was really very good. Staff is very kind and helpful and the rooms were very nice.

Nice Hotel and good location from the airport. My problem I had was they were doing some remodeling, I understand this, but why put the guest in the room next to the noise. Surely there should be a buffer zone of several rooms so that the racket might be in the distance. Trying to relax was the rattling was not going to happen

The staff at the Hotel Pullman were exceptionally friendly and helpful to my colleagues and I. They took a delivery for us and stored boxes for our stand at a nearby conference, saving the day when our plan A went awry. They also helped us sort out taxis and waste. At breakfast, they even saved one member of staff a much loved breakfast tea and were so lovely. The rooms/facilities were good quality and the housekeeping to a high standard.

We booked this hotel due to its location to the Stadium for a concert we were attending. It looks really grand as you walk into the lobby, staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, Parking was 20 Euros per day, however we were told about a discount which made it 20 euros for our stay of 4 nights. Parking is downstairs and secure. There were many signs around apologising for work being done. Our room was level 5 it felt quite gloomy and very old fashioned. Our room was nice enough, there was a nice size bathroom, although the shower was problematic and we had to guess if our head or body would be sprayed with freezing cold water. There was constant banging, drilling and work noises until 6:30 each day, even on weekends. I certainly wouldn't have booked this hotel had we known. We had issues with our key card, they tried to blame our phone, or security in the concert, (we hadn't taken it out the car) each time we went to the room the card wouldn't work. We had to have around 10 cards reproduced during our stay. The staff we charming, it was nice hotel, but it could be much better.
