We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful location, well-kept grounds, and the spaciousness of your room, equipped with convenient amenities. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to maintenance issues during your stay. We take your feedback seriously, and please know that we are actively working to address these concerns. We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay in our Classic suite. We want to assure you that our establishment offers three categories of suites, each designed to provide varying levels of comfort and amenities. We apologize if the amenities in the Classic suite did not meet your expectations. In the future, we encourage you to explore our other suite options for a more tailored experience with additional amenities. Regarding the smoke detector issue, we want to clarify that the detector's malfunction was unrelated to the use of hot water. We have 90 smoke detectors throughout the hotel, each powered by individual batteries. While we have maintenance plans in place, unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the air conditioning situation, please note that our receptionist, Manuela, offered you the option to change rooms immediately upon the first intervention and you have refused it. We regret any misunderstanding about this situation. We would like to express our gratitude for your positive feedback on our breakfast buffet and Wi-Fi service.
