Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your stay. We are happy to read that you appreciated it. Yet, we are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the underground car park. We do not have our own in fact and that's the reason why we do have a partnership with the one from the city beneath the hotel. It is huge 3 levels underground car park, with a safety guard and cameras and that's why our guest have to pay to use it. As you appreciated your stay, we hope to welcome you back very soon and recommend parking your car behind the Hotel on the open air pubic car park called Arazzi. Kind Regards, Aurelie-Front Desk.
