We are truly sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments are invaluable to us as they help us identify areas that need improvement. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the absence of soap near the sink, the difficulties in obtaining change, and the miscommunication regarding the complimentary drink. We will review our procedures to ensure clearer and more consistent communication between our front desk and bar teams. Regarding the issue with the shower, we deeply regret the flooding you experienced. This matter has been escalated to our technical team for thorough inspection and a permanent solution. We also understand your concerns about smoking in communal areas. While we strive to cater to the preferences of all our guests, we acknowledge that your comfort was impacted, and for that, we apologize. We will reassess our smoking policies to better accommodate the needs of non-smoking guests while balancing local customs. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the professionalism and dedication of our staff, particularly the women you mentioned.
