While the presence of a few ants can unfortunately occur, particularly during warm weather, we fully understand that the situation you described should have been handled differently once it was brought to our staff's attention. Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist, Betten viel zu hart. Man könnte gleich auf dem Fußboden schlafen. So schlecht haben wir noch nie in einem Hotel geschlafen bzw. Wir haben überhaupt nicht schlafen können.
