Dear Madam Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us following your stay at the Mercure Bordeaux Aéroport hotel in September. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations and that some misunderstandings may have tarnished your stay. We fully understand your frustration with these situations and apologise for any inconvenience caused. With regard to the coffee taken by your parents-in-law in the hall, it seems that there was a regrettable mix-up. We will ensure that communication about our services, particularly those related to breakfast, is clarified to avoid this type of misunderstanding in the future. With regard to bar charges, we deeply regret that this incident occurred and that you perceived a lack of flexibility and empathy in your dealings with our reception. We have taken your comments very seriously and have immediately reviewed these situations with our teams in order to improve our internal procedures and ensure a quicker and more satisfactory resolution of disputes for our customers. Despite the positive aspects you mention, such as the comfort and quietness of the rooms, we understand your overall disappointment. However, we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay and to offer you an experience that truly reflects the quality and service standards of our establishment. We spent almost 24 hours due to the possibility of a late 5 pm check out which was perfect as we had late flight
