Dear Madam Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us following your stay at the Mercure Bordeaux Aéroport hotel in September. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations and that some misunderstandings may have tarnished your stay. We fully understand your frustration with these situations and apologise for any inconvenience caused. With regard to the coffee taken by your parents-in-law in the hall, it seems that there was a regrettable mix-up. We will ensure that communication about our services, particularly those related to breakfast, is clarified to avoid this type of misunderstanding in the future. With regard to bar charges, we deeply regret that this incident occurred and that you perceived a lack of flexibility and empathy in your dealings with our reception. We spent almost 24 hours due to the possibility of a late 5 pm check out which was perfect as we had late flight
