역에서 가까워 위치는 좋았지만 방이 아주 비좁음. 특히 화장실/샤워실은 기내 화장실같이 좁았음. 헤어드라이기가 모든 방에 구비되어 있지 않다하여 샤워 후 리셉션이 직접 내려가서 받아야 했고, 샤워실 물은 전혀 빠지지 않아 5-10센치 차있는 오염된 물 안에서 씻어야 했습니다. 체크아웃시 해당 문제들로 서명하고 무료 음료수를 받았습니다.

Upon check in, the receptionist asked us if we want breakfast and we said yes and same time charged our credit card. Then in the morning, the breakfast hostess told us that she cannot find the room number on her list. I asked her to check it and let us have breakfast first since we are still be checking out the following day. She said no and told us to go to reception. The receptionist, Jasmin, said that we did not pay for the breakfast and showed the invoice in a very unfriendly voice and slightly high tone. It happens that the man who checked us in did not charge the breakfast but confirmed that we have breakfast. The breakfast hostess and Jasmin should have just let us have first the breakfast and settled charges since we are still staying in the hotel untill the following day. Ridiculous way of handling issues and misunderstandings with guests.

Hotel basic. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. However, our stay was tainted by the unwelcoming and rude attitude of a man at reception who clearly could not care less. We were made to feel that foreign guests bothered him as he was more pleasant towards German people. This inappropriate and even xenophobic attitude reflects badly on the hotel and should not be tolerated. Fortunately, other members of staff were professional.

Good budget price for a night or two near station, clean and about 7 mins on train to old town.

Rooms were normal but d bathrooms were tiny (clean & new, but tiny 🤣) u def wudn't want to be a tall/large person! Near station & tourist office. Good budget price & nice to stay a night or two but prob not a week! Got train to old town about 7 min👍

The hotel is located a minute walk away from the entrance to the main city train station and that is definitely the best feature. Rooms small and bathroom ever smaller. You may hear the rail station very faintly at night if your room is on the side facing the station. Staff very helpful, efficient and friendly.
