We would like to apologize in particular for the failure of the heating and hot water system. The systems let us down here, unfortunately it took a while until the problems could be solved. In the meantime, everything is back to normal and we have installed a “Plan B” for such cases. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only.
