예약해놓고 체크인 하러가니 방이 없다고 객실 다운그레이드 하겠다고함
그럴거면 예약을 왜 받는지?
내가 예약한 방보다 좁다고 대신에 체크아웃할때 20유로를 돌려주겠다고하길래 알겠다 하고 넘어갔는데
체크아웃할때 다른 직원이 어플로 예약한거라서 20유로 환불이 안된다고함
애초에 안되는거면 왜 객실 다운그레이드하고 왜 20유로를 환불해준다고 했냐 물어보니
복잡해서 안된다고 대신에 20유로 어치 음료를 이용할수있다고함
비행기 시간도 있고 언어도 안통하는데 실랑이하기싫어서 됐다하고 나왔는데 결국 비행기 놓치고 12시간 공항 노숙함
