Qyirky lobby design, lobby bar v nice team, nice front team overall, but a feeling of them struggling to cope a bit with normal guest volumes again. Upgraded to v nice room so no complaints, 5 mins to station, 8 minutes to history streets, perfect located.

Arrived early before 10am on coach tour, been travelling 30 hours so very tired and was told 3pm to check in although all rooms are vacated by 12 waited till 3pm and then told room still not ready...Still waiting

Nice hotel located in a quiet street at a short walking distance from Nantes main sights , shopping streets and lively downtown area, there is also a tramway stop on its doorsteps, room size was not too big but enough for me , the bed was incredibly comfortable and also could enjoy a nice view of the cathedral .Internet was flawless and the hotel staff were helpful and welcoming

Good location, very small room and toilet, no AC

Very good location Very poor breakfast (Covid19 ease of lockdown) Very small room and even smaller toilet, rooms in the hotel website pics look bigger than they really are. Bed ok, pillows ok. Good isolation with the outside (window closed) Poor isolation and noisy in relation with corridor, lift, other rooms and cleaning staff. Very poor temperature control, hotel website says A/C available but as of 2nd of June in a warmer than normal year A/C is not available, hotel staff told me that they turn it on on the 15th June.

Also because of the Covid-19, it is not recommended to use air conditioning, however and depending on the weather the air conditioning is now available in the room. Best regards
