Clean hotel very near the city center, not for vegans

Nice clean hotel, lovely little back patio to sit in the evening. Unfortunately, breakfast choices for vegans was terrible. Also upon asking twice it was not possible to get some margarine. We had dry bread, some pickled cornichons and fruit, while others had plenty of charcuterie and cheeses. That was a bit disappointing for the price and for 2025. Well, the breakfast was great for omnivores...

Nice checkin. Happy with all. Comfy bed.

Comfy bed. Great breakfast hot/ cold/ choice/ quality fine and helpful friendly staff. Rooms compact (as expected) but fine for short stay. Clean, tidy, very helpful on check-in and after. Overall very happy. Good location for stroll into Colmar for restaurants and drinks.

We stayed here for eight days so that we could explore the city and the surrounding villages and day trip to nearby cities. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and extremely nice, and did offer friendly suggestions. The location was easily walkable to old town and little Venice, and was a little bit of a walk to the train station, but there is always Uber. Our rooms were a little small but very neat and kept clean. The breakfast was very good, but the seating was a little tight when it got crowded. This hotel seems very busy with Travellers, which is a good thing. I would definitely stay here again

Basic Ibis, clean, functional, with breakfast,, Rooms are small, breakfast is fine, 4 nite stay in Colmar, In May, AC was not turned on, and the weather required AC, a negative experience!! Friendly Staff did not provide any explanation except apologies.

We had a very pleasant stay at this IBIS hotel which is a great base for visiting Colmar. Check in staff were so helpful and this applied to all staff throughout our stay – thank you. We requested a larger room on a higher floor and although a little quirky in layout it was perfectly functional. Compact bathroom with excellent shower and good lighting, separate toilet. The bed was very hard (personal choice) great A/C and very quiet, the two outside window shutters were superb. No tea/coffee, fridge or safety deposit box which we knew when booking but these would have been nice. Breakfast buffet was very tasty, lots of local produce, the Madeleines were freshly baked as was the bread. Delicious, scrambled eggs and fresh pastries, lots of choice. We enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast and evening drinks after a full day exploring, great little spot and value for money in Colmar, thoroughly recommended.
