- [ ] Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and kind. A special mention to Naomi. Staff were very accomodating and flexible. We stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms and they were clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location is great and parking is available on site. There is also an option to pay for parking in the car park ( same area as ibis parking). There is a supermarket directly opposite( closed in Sunday).

Great for city centre visitors

The location is perfect for touring the city centre. The staff were very helpful and free seasonal mulled wine was available as and when you needed one. Didn't use the restaurant but there are so many within a few minutes you have a great choice outside .only one small issue and that is the parking is quite limited

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the old town and the various markets. Whilst having smallish rooms, they are modern, clean and quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly and speak English and the buffet breakfast is all that you could want (but not if you like a full English!). Altogether a very pleasant stay

Good position but everything else is to reconsider

Good points of these hotel are the position very close to the center and the parking garage (8 euro x day). The rest is to improve in my opinion. Small rooms with thin walls. You hear everything and is difficult to sleep. Breakfast room is way too small, people very sitting basically in the elevator.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. It is a stone throw from the city centre and the lovely Christmas market. Parking is just outside the front door. Good breakfast which can be had from 7am to 11.00. Nice spread with a tasty selection of cheese, ham and a continental variety. Late checkout at 12.00 is very convenient for last minute shopping.
