Great hotel, right opposite the central train station in Bologna and close to the bus station too. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly (everyone spoke at least some English - useful as my Italian is limited) and the rooms are good. Being so close to the station and main road, there is some noise, so would recommend asking for a room at the rear of the hotel if possible (or just take ear-plugs). The buffet breakfast offered a good choice and there was no problem getting space. There's plenty of quiet space close to Reception where you can work, read or chat and a nice little cafe area too.

For a couple which all day is going around to explore the city is very good since you are not inside . It's main advantage is the station across the road and nearby to the center .

This was a great experience. The location was perfect for what we needed. Directly access from the train station! The bed was really really really firm! The staff was helpful and accommodating and one night there was a DJ in the lobby. Fun and cool local vibes. I would absolutely come back to this hotel.

This cute welcoming hotel located right in front of the train station of Bologna made us sleep and feel comfortable. The best bit is probably Suzanne, a lovely lady from England who graced us with her fabulous and friendly manners. Classy! Pretty much all the employees are nice and smiley, shoutout to the housekeeping team smiling each time they see you walking by, keeping a good and neat work. Breakfast was very rich and fulfilling. Had it been a bit warmer we’d have loved to enjoy it in their beautiful garden!

Very convenient location

I found my room good and comfortable, though importantly it was clean. The decor was a bit tired and the bathroom could do with a bit of work, but otherwise it was fine. Reception staff were very helpful checking me in early and with a room facing the station (as requested). Breakfast was good with varied options. The main drawcard was the location with the train station across the road (and its direct monorail connection to the airport), and easy access to the Piazza Maggiore and its attractions. (All in all, maybe not quite worth the 5, but better than a 4!)
