Just wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Sofitel Paris Arc de triomphe. Our check-in was made so easy and smooth by the most polite staff at the reception. From house keeping to F&b everyone really took care of our comfort and stay. Giacomo at the concierge was really helpful and made all the extra efforts for recommending the best places to visit and eat. The rooms are very comfortable and with super amenities. I would really recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling to Paris and is looking for a perfect property to stay.

My husband and I stayed for five nights at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, and it was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Michelle, who was kind and exceptionally pleasant. Everything flowed perfectly from that point on. Jonathan greeted us with the wonderful surprise of a complimentary room upgrade, and our Accor status was recognized throughout our stay. The entire staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds of the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Even though we didn’t really need it, the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel bar—the service was warm and welcoming. The restaurant offers a great selection of food, and we truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner there in a cozy and elegant atmosphere. On the morning of my birthday, we ordered room service breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious—generous, fresh, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Jonathan, Michelle, Luci, and Mathew—and to all the staff whose names we didn’t catch (sorry!)—for making our vacation in Paris truly unforgettable. We’ve visited this beautiful city many times, but this hotel and its incredible team made us not want to leave! We’re already counting down the days until we can return to enjoy your hospitality again. Congratulations to the entire team—you can truly feel the passion and care you put into everything you do. Thank you!

My wife and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located closed to the Arc and metro stops in a more quiet area. We had a wonderful time, the condition of the overall hotel was very nice, our room was clean, the water pressure in the shower adequate. Would like to say thanks to Marion one staff member that went above and beyond. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Shockingly low quality for a Sofitel brand - there is no way this can be a 5-star hotel - it was run down, terrible decor, and the rooms were absolutely tiny. Absolutely not worth the $600 Euros paid per night. The gym was tiny and didn't have mats for stretching. I was so disappointed with this hotel I cut my visit short by a day.
