We have been coming here for ten years for team meetings and each time the food is appalling… this time the set menu for lunch was a cold undercooked poached egg… with cold veg The main course was a chicken leg (roasted?) swimming in grease and potatoes boulanger… also swimming in grease… the vegetarian option was tinned puy lentils and rice … i realise they have to make a profit but this was hospital level food

Avoid for your own safety..... Family stayed here last week touring France They had no shower mat on the floor my aunt slipped hit her head and her back and broke her finger Reception were awful didn't apologise didn't even offer her a glass of water didn't even offer to sort a lift to the hospital which is only few minutes drive away My aunt had to stay in hospital for two nights and have emergency surgery on her finger they didn't even check in to see if she was ok My aunt was on a tour with 34 other people and there wasn't even one anti slip mat in any shower of those 34 people When my aunt fell there was blood all over the bath room and towels and after the incident they then put a shower mat down and quickly took all bloody towels to hide the evidence but luckily my aunt has all the photos Now legal action is being taken towards this hotel which we have all hospital reports and photos of the bathroom with no anti slip mat and the pictures of the bloody towels They were no way helpful to a person that had no french and expected her to fend for herself even though it was their fault for not having the proper precautions in place for their guests Like I said legal action is in place now All evidence collected so mecure hotel in Niort expect a hefty case against you and any medical bills to cover and legal cover

We booked this hotel for four nights. It’s night three. The staff are lovely and breakfast is nice. Free parking was a plus. The room is clean. So why three stars? The noise is unbearable. Every room’s door slams when it closes. From the morning and late afternoon well into the night, the noise never stops. I can hear TV blaring from other rooms. Road noise can be heard . The worst is that there is a car idling in the parking lot yet again tonight. This happens every night for about an hour. There is no point in complaining to management as they can’t fix the thin walls nor the windows facing the parking lot.

Excellent. Nothing else can be requested

Happy faces and warm welcome. The hotel (except the disgustong caroet at Accor hotels) is very clean. Their restaurant is open until 22h what is not so usual in France. The parking is wide and with large spaces. Very good beds. Nothing else to say, it is perfect

Never heard before of Niort, I’d looked for a hotel that would be a base for a week while participating in a music festival in Thiré. As a veteran guest of Accor hotels, I decided to trust the good reviews and to make a reservation. What to say… at last a hotel that approaches all one’s anticipation. Large rooms (at least mine), sealed from noises, and very clean. But the brilliant side is the stuff. The Chef of the front desk, Christophe and his team are so welcoming and heartily helping with every wish. Special kudos to the housekeeping staff! No faults. The hotel area is vast and cosy. Many sitting areas inside and outside doors, and nice pool. Sometimes you feel at a spa and not in an urban hotel. The hotel operates a restaurant, BoiZé. Excellent chef, tasty food that being served very esthetically in very reasonable prices. So guys, I’ve enjoyed the wonderful Les Arts Florissants, and a very good experience with the hotel. If you’re in the area, this is the place to stay.
