Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your detailed and warm review following your stay in Normandie. We are truly delighted that you and your mother were able to fully relax and enjoy the peace, comfort, and our varied breakfast buffet. We are also thrilled that our delicious jar meals came in handy and hit the spot at the perfect time! Regarding the tableware, this choice was made solely for convenience and practicality as part of our light in-room dining concept. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the Wi-Fi. Our free connection is available throughout the entire property, including all guest rooms. There was absolutely no need for you to walk to another building, and for your next stay, please never hesitate to call the reception directly from your room for any assistance.
