Good stay, but the internet is just horrible

As described in the title, everything was great except for the internet. Calls kept getting stuck, and also any videos I try to watch at Full HD. Needs a massive upgrade, possibly a speed increase.

Great room for the price but air conditioning was not the best, room a little too warm (even at the lowest setting). Great bar and the staff were brilliant.

Close to martiniplaza, appropriate stay

Location was well, close to Martini where I had a conference. Room was nice. Unfortunately, the airco did not work properly. It was turned on, but did not cool the room, so it was very hot (with only a small window to open and the sun shining on the room all day. This temperature in the room was very uncomfortable. I believe I had room 211. Also, the hairdryer was not working. Breakfast and further service was good enough for a conference stay. Would return to the hotel for Martini plaza visits! A bit to far away (walking for 25 minutes) for the city center if that's the aim of your stay.
