Hotel is a little basic and ambiance is not very appealing, a little "cold" (don't use the term "food and beverage outlet" instead of "restaurant/bar"). Room was noisy because of the highway next to it. Bed is quite large compared to the size of the room: I kept moving the heavy chair across. Breakfast was very good.

Good location if you have a conference at Martiniplaza, like I did, not so much if you want to explore the rest of the city. Hotel is pretty standard, but expensive.

It was a very nice place to stay. Only thing the gps location has to be updated on how to get to the entrance.
