Great reception staff, really friendly and welcoming. Room was reall nice with all that you could want. Sound proofing not s good as it could be with a mail road nearby early in the morning. Eating area was fine, unfortunately i timed getting the last bits of a not very warm breakfast. Really good stay, but let down a little by breakfast for me.

room prices are expensive compared to the service level provided. Breakfast price is extremely high yet the breakfast buffet is limited, the restaurant is not clean/tidy. Additional parking fee in an area which has only paid parking places around it, is a 'because we can' approach, this in combination with a very high room price is not adding to customer satisfaction

The rooms are nice and the hotel is conveniently located right off the ring road. The menu is limited due to the current situation, but some additional specials were available. The dishes are simple, but very well executed. The food was a notch above what I expect from a hotel restaurant and I didn't feel the need to go out to find other restaurants, which is a bonus in these times.

pleasant room with view on highway and little street noise; parking is the only negative point; where we thought to be able to park free, we had to pay for parking; we did not go for breakfast as we thought it too expensive! We have to watch our spendings, as we are retired.

Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Decent room with kettle and fridge. Bike rental €11/day is useful to get around and visit the surroundings.

Enjoyed the breakfast, good alternative setup. Staff was great, very welcoming and friendly from HSK, FO to F&B. Room itself was well maintained, but a bit dated. Shower quite small and not suitable for taller guests (2m doesn't fit under showerhead) and windows don't isolate well against noise from the high way. Also it was a shame that you couldn't make use of the stairs (emergency only) as one of the elevators was down making it sometimes a bit of wait (especially as you can't share an elevator these days). Overall quite positive though!

Hotel is easily accessible. Friendly and helpful reception. Everything was well organized. Room was a little small (even with with upgrade) compared to what I get in other countries but it was clean and had everything I needed. Elevators are really small. Max 2 people. Long wait on Sunday when checking out. Finally took stairs which cleaning staff thankfully opened for us. Breakfast buffet was limited. Surprised that with covid there was a buffet. Didn't feel buffet was worth the price. Dinners were okay. Limited parking. Overall stay was good (2 nights) and met expectations.

The location was not very good, next to a noisy road in a business area. Did no feel very safe there i; the evening. The room was colourless, the carpet not very clean. Things can be done to enhance the atmosphere! Bathroom was good Good bikes available

The beds are great. The bathroom to small and unpractically. One shower and the little space is entirely wet with the strang shower division. The hotel has no character but for just a night over it is perfect. Staff is friendly and during this hot summer, a well working airco!

We were quite shocked to find out that there is no working staircase in this hotel. Due to covid, people were not sharing the elevators. As a result, we had to wait 20-30 minutes to get down to the ground level. We wanted to take the stairs. Surprisingly, the receptionist told us that there is no staircase. How about emergency situation (fire)? I hope you will rectify this situation.
