Room was extremely cold at night. Bathroom floor felt frozen.

Our team regrets the discomfort you experienced with the room climate and would like to highlight that each room features individual temperature controls alongside available supplementary heating units upon request. Regarding the bathroom facilities, we acknowledge your comments about the flooring and would like to assure you our rain shower systems are maintained to provide optimal comfort during stays. I do not understand why bed are on wheels. And way to soft the mattress in my opinion

Upon arrival, there was an inexperienced hotel receptionist. I asked if there were charging stations for my car, as I had checked in advance that there should have been six. However, the receptionist said there were no charging stations. I walked back to the car, went to the parking area, and found the six chargers. Three of them, however, were occupied by regular petrol/gasoline vehicles, which meant I had to find another option that was a kilometer's walk away. When I returned, I reported this to the receptionist. He just smiled and proceeded with his irritating and slow behavior. The next morning, the same receptionist was again slow and again had no idea what he was doing. The room was fine; everything regarding the room was acceptable.
