It was a very nice place to stay. Only thing the gps location has to be updated on how to get to the entrance.

The room was okay. However, during the night, we could easily hear noise from the highway and passing cars. Sometimes, the car horns made it difficult to sleep. Also, the towels had a bad smell. The breakfast was good.

I requested for my prepaid hotel booking to be cancelled for a day as I was landing a day later due to flight delay. The payment was done in full for 3 nights and the request was made well in advance, but the hotel did not accept the request. Eventually when I reached hotel a day later from the original arrival day, I was informed that the room allotted to me was sold out. This means that the hotel wrongfully charged to me for an additional day while selling the same room to another guest at the same time. This is not just poor customer service, but unethical also.

Kerb appeal was poor with bins full in car park a messy smoking area just outside the entrance and no one to meet and greet when we arrived on reception. We couldn’t find a map or guide in the room and the shower room had a button missing on the shower mixer and the extractor fan was not working so it misted up very fast. In the room one of sockets didn’t work so the phone didn’t charge. Would normally expect a breakfast tea but none available nor could we find marmalade. Just didn’t get on with this one.
