Cher Monsieur M., Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre retour et sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement, l'accueil de notre équipe ainsi que la qualité de notre cuisine. Nous vous présentons toutefois nos excuses pour le désagrément rencontré avec la climatisation durant votre séjour. Les températures exceptionnellement élevées, qui ont atteint près de 38 °C, ont fortement sollicité notre installation, d'autant plus que l'hôtel affichait complet. Malgré cela, nous comprenons parfaitement que cela ait pu affecter votre confort et nous sommes désolés de cette situation.
