We're sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you faced with the delay in receiving your room. However, we would like to clarify a few points. We can sadly see no record of your asking to speak with the Manager, as it me that would have attended. I am sorry that we didn't get an opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay. Our team is always available to assist, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns directly. With regard to your comment about waiting 15 minutes for a drink, we’d like to mention that we actively monitor our service times, and have not recorded delays of that length for beverage service. Our team strives to serve drinks promptly. There may be slightly longer wait times when ordering food, as all dishes are freshly prepared to order by our kitchen team to ensure quality. We do value guest feedback as it helps us continuously improve, and we hope you might consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a better experience. I'm delighted to hear you enjoyed the food, especially the spaghetti carbonara — I'll be sure to pass your compliments on to our kitchen team. That said, I'm sorry to hear that your experience with some of our bar staff did not meet expectations. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will be addressing this directly with the team to ensure a more consistently warm and welcoming experience for all our guests.
