A super friendly stay in a beautiful hotel. Perfect location, amazing pools and beach. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are all so super friendly. This was my 6th stay at this hotel - always on business so able to enjoy the hotel full experience at the weekends and relax after a long day in the office.

We went to Sofitel on the eve of our wedding for preparations there. The service we received was excellent and surpassed our expectations - service during our breakfasts + dinner was great. Upon entering our room, we were surprised to receive complementary sparkling wine, cake and fruits. On the day of our wedding itself, all of our family members + suppliers were directed to our respective rooms without any hassle / intervention from our part, making it a very easy pre-wedding preparation. Finally, on the day of our check-out, even though they had no availability, they were able to accommodate a check-out at 1pm instead of 11am. Very much recommended. Thanks again to the team!

Everything was smooth and fine but the sofa in room 118 is quite dirty as well as the one on the trass
