I stayed here two nights for a conference (also in the hotel). It’s a pretty basic, not really fancy but decent enough experience. Check-in was painless. The room had more than enough space (executive type), all very clean but maybe a bit outdated. The air conditioner did not seem to work properly (as expected in most European hotels). Quite basic breakfast. Small but nice bar. I traveled alone, but this also seems to be a good place for families.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The hotel was ok, on arrival I found the reception staff to be a little rude, we went to our room and there wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go back to reception this was at midnight because we arrived late due to delays at airport and on the metro so we were very tired, however the staff on reception told me there wasn’t enough bedding and handed me a dirty pillow and said he would take bedding from another room. This wasn’t good enough as they knew it was a family room booking. The sofa bed wasn’t made up. Having said this our room was cleaned and beds made everyday of our stay. The bar wasn’t great again rude staff and the beer was not very good and it was over priced, but there was a few bars with in 5/10 min walk and very friendly. The area the hotel is in is a short walk to the metro and there were a few places over the road for breakfast. Over all our stay was ok. But we didn’t spend much time in the hotel as Milan is a beautiful city with lots to explore. The location of the hotel is good for the metro and the neighbourhood is ok, it felt pretty safe.

Milan is one of out main destinations in Italy. Milan is great unfortunately the hotel was not. We booked for three nights, the employee looked at the system and said „two nights?“. The breakfast was disappointing for a 4 Star hotel. The only vegetables were tomatoes. There were no cut fruits exzeptionell pineapples. Oranges weich you have to peel yourselves were only available once. The atmosphere was like being in a canteen. One of the lifts were not in order and remained out of order throughout the day. As a Gold Member I am entitled to a welcome drink and a Upgrade. I did not get any. I would not even way that the staff tried to be friendly. We booked and paid for the parking when we checked in. When we checked out, we were asked to pay 54€ for the parking. We declined because we paid for it and it was stated as well in our booking confirmation. If i were to revisit Milan I would look for a better hotel which treats guests better and understand what it means to be a Member.

3 nights booked via Groupon. Supposed to be 4*, but more 3*. The pool was closed and the gym available for an hour providing it is booked in advance. The room was basic. The lifts were unreliable with at least one out of order so we used the stairs. The safe in our room didn't work. Paper cups for limited tea, coffee and small sachets of milk. Restaurant open from 7pm for dinner, but expensive. Certainly would not recommend, The staff had limited English language therefore we were unable to ask for recommendations where to eat outside of hotel. Even when we went to explore, most bars don't open until 7pm but we weren't advised. Continental breakfast was on offer with some hot food. My daughter had scrambled egg during our first breakfast. Within half an hour was vomiting and sweating. Spent 30 euros from pharmacy to calm tummy and stop sickness, but it meant that our time was spent in hotel room instead of making most of the City. The hotel often smelt of cigarette smoke and inside stairwell smelt of urine. This is more of a business hotel.

We stayed for a long weekend . The hotel is very nice , the rooms were large with high ceilings and nicely decrated as was the rest of the hotel . Breakfast was very nice great selection and very nice staff . The reception were very nice and very helpful , answering any questions we had . But one member of staff called Markita in reception when above and beyond the call of duty , she was fantastic . We will certainly reccomend this hotel to all our friends .
