복도에서 나는 오래된 카펫 냄새, 객실 좁은건 둘째치고 침대가 싱글사이즈라는데, 누우면 어깨가 나갈정도인데 이게 어떻게 싱글 사이즈인지.. 하프 사이즈라고 보는게 나을듯. 커튼은 어디 50년 전 식탁보로 쓰던것을 들고 와서 대충 걸어놓은것 같고 그 흔한 커피포트 조차 없음. 복도의 소음은 너무 심함. 수건은 닦다보니 찢어지는게 10년넘게 바꾸지도 않은 듯함. 정말 별로임

As per standard features ibis Ca' Granda does not have moquette in the rooms, in the corridors only, they get hoovered and cleaned on a daily basis. I am tremendously sorry for the noise you heard, in fact our receptionists always offer to move to any room further down through the corridor. This would preserve your quietness, and I do understand, it is essential for a soothing experience. I am sorry you did not try to get in touch with the reception. Finally, the black out curtains are hanging as per our bespoke design. Regarding the linen and the cleaning service, it is my personal concern to have a talk with the team responsible for it, and an appropriate action will apply. Your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary measures to prevent future occurrence. Stayed for 2 nights. It was a good stay overall. Alexander at the reception is great at customer service, super efficient and welcoming. Upgraded us to executive room. Room was not too compact nor spacious. Big enough to store 2 large back packs. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy but old. Floor planks were squeaky. Room had hot water kettle, nespresso machine with pods and regular tea coffee. Bath towels/hand towels were old (clean but old). Air-conditioning only works from 5:00pm to 11:00pm due to some Milan city rules. This is the first ever hotel I have come across to have an emergency button in a bathroom (long thread from the ceiling to bath tub) to be used in case of emergency.

The room was poor considered it's cost. There's not refrigerator! The bath tube was scratched. And the most important is the noise of elevator. It was terrible, all the night. 180€. I'll never have such terrible experience. The unique Good thing was breackfast. Very good and very good place for breakfast
