The hotel was in a great location, which is close to Erasmus university and not too far from public transport, as it allowed a day trip to explore Rotterdam. The room was modern with a nice bathroom and tv, room was clean and tidy. Also, food in the restaurant was good and tasty. In general, we had good stay at the hotel and at a reasonable price.

Hotel is far below a 4-star. Room untidy, no chair, no table, no drinking water in the room, rough towels, real bad shower experience, no room service.

Only our executive and long-stay rooms are equipped with a table and chair suitable for working on a laptop for an extended time. We can also bring an extra table and chair to the room if needed. We deeply regret not recognizing your need for a table and chair. Our housekeeping team conducts thorough inspections between guests, and we will review your stay with our team. Regarding bathroom amenities, we have two separate towels, one is indeed rough and the second one is softer. The experience is is different for each guest and we understand that this may not have been to your liking. We provide room service but we will check with our staff why this service was not available to you. We apologize for this oversight. We also apologize for our housekeeping team trying to clean your room after check out time. The information was not present at our team that you preferred a late check out. Na plus - duży, przestrzenny pokój, czysto i ładnie. Parking w dobrej cenie, bez problemu z miejscami. Natomiast pokój nie był gotowy na czas, śniadanie było poprawne, ale poniżej oczekiwań jak na standardy Novotelu (a byliśmy już w wielu), przy stoisku z wędlinami okropny zapach z kanalizacji odbierał apetyt. Obsługa przy śniadania... różna. Pozdrowienia dla pana, który pouczał nas w którym kubku robić herbatę, a w którym kawę - w sumie tę herbatę mogę sobie nawet zrobić w szklance do soku, jeśli takie mam życzenie. Brak w hotelu "źródełka" z wodą.

I stayed at Novotel Brainpark, Rotterdam in July 2025. It cost 197 euros for 2 nights at the hotel, for a family of four which was pretty reasonable. The parking cost 10 euros a day which was not bad. Breakfast for kids was free but adults cost 24 euros each. The hotel was in a great location, as it allowed for a day trip to Amsterdam and allowed us to also explore Rotterdam. The room was modern with a nice bathroom and tv. Our room was room 914 on the 9th floor. It offered a great view across the area. Our room was cleaned everyday, which was unexpected. My only complaints were the fact that the Sofa bed was really hard and the pillows kept falling off and also the fact that the bathroom door did not lock at all. But otherwise I had a great stay at the hotel and it was a pretty reasonable price for the stay. The wifi was also really good at the hotel. I would recommend eating at the university for breakfast as it is really cheap and has traditional Dutch food to eat. Overall it was a good stay at an affordable price in a great location.
