Dear Khun Kotaro U., Thank you very much for your continued loyalty to Novotel Rayong Rim Pae Resort for more than 20 years. It is truly an honor to know that our peaceful beachfront and relaxed atmosphere have remained special to you and your family, and that our resort has become a favorite place for your wife and two daughters. We are, however, sincerely sorry that the in-room Wi-Fi was not working properly during your recent two-night stay and that it took until the second night to be restored. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly during a short stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We are pleased to know that our Front Office team was able to assist you and provide support during the situation. Your kind recognition will be shared with the team.
