Had a 4 night stay here last week. When we arrived we were told the room we had booked wasn't available so we were allocated another one Overall it was satisfactory but had a problem (leak in bathroom) On the second day we had to change rooms this was very disruptive. We were told they would look at our bill when we checked out. However the manager wasn't there and reception said that someone would ring us later that day. 2 days later there is no call! This has left a very negative impression. Also there was a problem with the lift doors not opening which we reported several times and this was ignored,

Stayed valentine’s night At check in told food was limited as chef had called in sick Now this is a 4 star hotel Surely they have more than 1 chef of someone who can cook to an acceptable standard Could of went out but as flying early next morning decided to eat in ordered a pepperoni pizza and a duck and hosin Stottie ( large roll ) Went to put salt on duck non in shaker Pizza had a lot of fat from the cheese Which was almost inedible Duck stottie was nice Ordered a pint of Guinness non left was the answer Room was nice and comfortable staff friendly only saving grace But alas won’t come back due to food situation

We booked this hotel at short notice having been disappointed with a nearby hotel. Thought the cost of the hotel was good value at £57 for two of us for one night, Large car park and the hotel is obviously used by travellers using Newcastle Airport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The bar area was comfortable and again staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Will definitely come back

Stay here regularly , staff are always very accommodating and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. Rooms are lovely , very spacious and beds are comfy. Bathrooms are clean and decor is nice. The hotel has recently had a refurb and looks fabulous inside now. Have never had an issue with cleanliness and for the price to stay there’s nothing to complain about. Great staff and pleasant rooms. The breakfasts are also delicious! And are great value for money.
