Not enough coffee powder. No morning breakfast included for paid price. Not worth for paid price

Dear Venkatesh Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the refreshments provided in the room are complimentary, and additional supplies—such as coffee powder or drinking water—are always available upon request. We also have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby area for all guests to use freely. Regarding breakfast, we offer both a continental option and a full buffet. The continental breakfast is our more cost-effective choice, and for families, children under 16 eat for free when accompanied by a paying adult. For housekeeping, our team services rooms daily with fresh towels and general cleaning. Bedding is changed every other day as part of our Green Key environmental policy, but we are always happy to provide an earlier change upon request.
