We drive to Andorra from Barcelona. Very scenic drive. Hotel is easy to find, parking downstairs was a breeze, very courteous attendant shows us our spot. Check-in was very efficient, room was well furnished and bed very comfortable. Separate toilet in the room was a welcome feature. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and restaurant made us feel very welcome, especially Mateo. Coffee and croissant breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the shops and Old Town, with Grab Valira river across the road… what’s there not to like!

I would rate this Novotel the worst I have ever stayed at, the owners should be ashamed to have the Novotel brand on there building. It is in serious need of a complete renovation. Positive is the pool complex. Housekeeping is of a good standard. If I was Accor I would be concerned as the brand is being damaged by this particular hotel.

Only for one night because of the breakfast

Typical old Novotel in a city center. Centrally located with great breakfast but rooms, in particularly bathroom and toilet are no up to date. The spa center is small and nice but located in Mercure, this way you have to cross the road😜. Terrible wine for a welcome drink.

In the city center and includes a spa

This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.

Vacationing with family. Good location. We were pleased with the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Near the gym you can relax on a lounger under the sun. Good breakfast, varied range of dishes, we were pleased with the choice. Good service, I would like to thank Bryan NOGUEIRA, one of the responsible of reception from Prestigi Hotels. Difficulties that arose were resolved very quickly and in the best possible way. I recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back here again!!!
