Fabulous welcome, easy parking, room small but as described. Strange there was no kettle but apparently the French way. A couple of weird things were that the girl wanted to service the room at 9.40 the next morning when checkout was 11 but there was no ‘do not disturb’ sign. Most ridiculously, rather than a key or key card, you had to input a 7 digit code to get in the room, with an extra 1 for fun to get in hotel after 9!!! Good cold buffet brekky.

Very competent and welcoming staff at reception who were ready with our details provided pre-arrival. Room and everywhere very clean, comfortable bed and good night’s sleep. Good value breakfast and plentiful. Plenty of safe parking. Would recommend this chain and would definitely stay here again.

i stayed in 2 rooms, one had benefited from a refurb and the other was a throwback from the 80s. very compact but ok. The restaurant was great with free fruit throughout the day, if needed. The pool wasn't very clean and was extremely cold even though the weather was in its 30's, probably because the pool is surrounded by trees and the sun does not get to the water too much. Dorothy worked behind reception and was brilliant. She spoke english and was able to help me with ordering in food from a take away

The room was basic but the facilities were very good. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, especially when the temperature outside was in the 40s. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

We came in late so we used the automated check in system. Worked fine. Got our codes for our rooms. Rooms are small but have all the amenities so no problem. Rooms are clean. Facility quiet prices very good. Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Close to highway. A little hard to find as the signs are small. For the price an excellent deal!
