Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share this review of your stay with us. We're delighted our daily housekeeping and consistent cleanliness met your expectations during your return visit. It's wonderful you appreciated the upgraded breakfast offerings at Novo-me and found our team welcoming throughout your stay. Your recognition of the tea/coffee facilities added to your comfort means much to us. While we note your comments about room aesthetics, we continually review our design choices to balance style with practicality. Additional storage solutions are always available upon request at reception. Most importantly, we're thrilled our central position allowed you to explore Bruges' charms so conveniently. Dear Guest, We’re truly sorry for the upsetting experience you went through during your stay. Your feedback is very concerning to us, and we regret deeply that your visit was marked by such distress. Regarding the powder you discovered: this was the result of a previous treatment carried out by a certified pest control specialist. At the time, the room had been officially cleared and deemed safe. Sadly, it appears a new issue has since emerged. As a result, the room has been taken out of service and will be thoroughly treated again using heat-based methods to ensure complete eradication. While one of our managers was present over the weekend and did try to connect with you, we acknowledge that our response may not have met your expectations in that moment. For that, we are truly sorry. We understand how important it is to feel heard and supported, especially when something so unpleasant occurs. Please know we take this matter extremely seriously. Guest comfort, health and peace of mind are our highest priorities, and this situation has prompted us to reinforce our internal protocols. Once again, our sincere apologies for what you experienced. Our establishment is housed in a restored medieval building that combines traditional elements of a 13th-century monastery with contemporary features, which results in some architectural characteristics. Our team members are always available to assist guests with luggage and provide support during their stay. We take maintenance very seriously and will address the concerns you raised about the restroom. The dimensions of our accommodations reflect our central location in the historic heart of Bruges, where we aim to provide a comfortable base for exploring the city.
