We are pleased that you appreciated the modern amenities, such as our complimentary water stations, and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our team strives to provide friendly and helpful service, and it is wonderful to know that we succeeded during your visit. The comfort of our spacious bedrooms, equipped with large beds and convenient in-room features like tea making facilities, fridges, and safes, is something we take pride in delivering to our guests. However, we regret to learn about your concerns regarding the paving stones in the courtyard. We understand how this could impact your experience, and we extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Nonetheless, it is great to hear that you enjoyed the quality and variety of our breakfast offerings. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your room did not entirely meet your expectations. We understand that sleep quality is paramount, and while our memory foam mattresses are often praised for comfort, we recognize that preferences vary. We are delighted that you appreciated the larger, two-floor suite, the minimalist and modern aesthetics, along with the convenience of having bath/shower and toilet facilities on each floor, as part of our recent renovations. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities, and it's gratifying to know that the cleanliness and temperature control in the rooms contributed to your enjoyable stay. We also take pride in our common areas, designed to offer a bright, open space for relaxation. However, we regret to hear that the fresh fruit selection at our breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. Our team is dedicated to providing a varied and appetizing breakfast experience, and we take your feedback seriously as we continually strive to improve our offerings. Nonetheless, it is great to learn that you and your family enjoyed our comprehensive breakfast options, including the delectable French scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. We are also pleased that you found the Lavazza self-serve coffee machines to your liking.
