Well located close to city centre and with parking below hotel. The room was comfortable, with a good sized bed and amenities. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the bar was pleasant enough but not for a cosy evening! The staff were very understanding as I had originally booked the ibis - which I discovered on arrival was under refurb and the heating was not working (December !) so I asked them to accommodate me in the Novotel - which they did - after some firm persuasion!

A lovely hotel just off the centre of Bruges. Very modern hotel with lots of extras such as free water stations which served, still, sparkling and ice cold water. All areas were exceptionally clean and staff were all friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced and the bartenders were very entertaining. The bedrooms were large with massive comfortable beds, tea making facilities, fridges and safes. Bedroom was a little too warm for us but it was very cold outside and you could open the windows The bathrooms were compact but had a separate toilet. The walk in showers were large with plenty of instant hot water. The breakfasts were amazing with so much good quality products including smoked salmon and a range of tasty cheeses plus crusty bread and rolls, pancakes and waffles. Sometimes the hot items were a little cold if they had been there a while but this only happened once. The only negative was the paving stones in the courtyard outside the hotel between the Ibis and Novotel. They were very uneven, raised and loose and quite hard to walk on without the risk of tripping. Will definitely use this hotel again if in Bruges.

A very cozy and nice hotel in a very nice location!!The staff members of the hotel did their best to makes us feel very comfortable!!!Also,it´s located in a very quiet street and this makes your rest easier!!!Thank you so much for everything!!!

When checking into the hotel, I was not informed that the hotel was being renovated, during the day, a very noisy construction work is being carried out in the hotel, it is impossible to sleep and rest. When I tell the reception about it, she continues to pretend she doesn't know. Novotele did not suit at all. If there is an official who wants to discuss this issue, I will have to stay in room 251 until 08/03.

The Novotel is in a great spot, 5 minutes walk into Bruges and 10 minutes from the station. The hotel is scrupulously clean everywhere. Great facilities and the bedrooms are a good size. I found the memory foam mattress very hot to sleep on and I’d have like a heated towel rail in the bathroom. However these are small quibbles. The breakfast is plentiful and set out well, lots of staff to help if needed. A big shout out to the Irish barman (Andreas) he was really friendly and had excellent recommendations for food in Bruges.
