Dear Aster, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you found comfort in our rooms, which have been designed with modern amenities and a generous bed to enhance your rest. It is great to know that our breakfast selection met your needs, starting your day on a positive note with a variety of delicious options. Nonetheless, we regret the inconvenience you experienced due to the situation at our sister hotel, Ibis. We appreciate your understanding, and while it was an unusual circumstance, we are glad we could accommodate you at Novotel. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and thank you for your firm persuasion, which allowed us to promptly address the situation. Finally, we are pleased that our staff were able to assist you during this unexpected change and that our central location contributed to a positive experience.
