We are delighted that you enjoyed our recent refurbishment, the convenient location, our breakfast offerings, and the professionalism of our staff. It is wonderful to hear that our work stations have met the needs of your business travels, as we aim to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for our guests. However, we understand your concerns regarding the bar area and the storage options in our bedrooms. We aim to create a welcoming atmosphere in all our hotel spaces, and we take your comments seriously as we continually seek to improve our guests' experience. Additionally, we note your preference for more shelving and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the current design choice. Our aim is always to blend form with function to provide a comfortable and efficient guest experience. Finally, we are pleased to highlight our location in the heart of Bruges. Our team is dedicated to providing a welcoming and informative experience for every guest. However, we regret to hear that our newly renovated rooms did not meet your expectations in terms of furniture and lighting. We understand the importance of having a well-furnished and adequately lit space when staying away from home. Additionally, we apologize if the absence of certain items such as a chair, desk, or bureau caused any inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your comments as they are crucial for us to continue improving our guest experience. Our self-service kiosk is intended to streamline the check-in process, and we are sorry if this was not communicated effectively at the time of your arrival. Additionally, we understand that timely and clear communication regarding service requests, such as additional coffee sachets and milk, is paramount, and we regret the confusion that occurred during your interaction with our staff.
