Perfect choice for accommodation in Brugges!

We traveled as a family for the end-of-year holidays in January 2023. Certainly one of the best experiences we've had, excellent from check-in to check-out, and everything exceeded expectations. A fantastic hotel with friendly and courteous staff who take great care to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable experience. Breakfast is very varied and delicious, especially the waffles, jams and croissants. The rooms are large and very quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The location is privileged, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. There is a lounge bar where you can relax after a day's sightseeing in the beautiful city of Bruges. It's the kind of accommodation that makes your trip special, with great memories. We love it and recommend it. How friendly the people of Bruges are!

Good hotel just outside the main city centre

Stayed here in May with my family on our Trip to Bruges. Good hotel. Little dated rooms but they served a purpose. Did not have breakfast as thought it was quite expensive but did use the bar. Good service from all the staff and good prices. Would gladly return.

Needs heavy renovation

The location was perfect. The room was dirty , the curtains and the carpet had stains.The bathroom needs renovation and cleaning and the rest of the room as well. They didn’t change the towels daily and they didn’t provide us with hand soap , shampoo and conditioner so we had to tell them . Still they forgot to give us hand soap . The breakfast was great .

Don’t bother before 2024.

Harsh to rate a hotel so badly before it undergoes a 9month refurbishment, but if you’re looking to book this hotel for a break at the end of August, would highly recommend finding somewhere else. It’s run down, and winding down. Closes on 1/9/23 for the refurb. I’m sure once it’s bought upto modern day standards / decor it will be right up there.

Don’t stay in summer

Don’t stay in the summer! No AC and tiny windows. Mediocre breakfast. Location is good, and nice bartender and drinks. Very very hot! Horrible for 3 people. We stayed as part of a GAte1 tour and very disappointed in this selection of a hotel. Maybe off season is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend.
