Nous avions une chambre pour 6, très belle chambre et taille très agréable néanmoins il manquerait peut être un peu de décorations . Personnel du matin et de la journée très très très gentil, professionnel et agréable mais par contre pour le personnel de la nuit c’est tout le contraire ! Petit déjeuner peut être un peu limité pour le prix mais avec de bons produits. Grand parking très pratique. Très beau lieu et parc. Un peu déçus que la salle de sport soit fermée. Intérieur de l’hôtel très beau et très agréable pour les familles avec enfants, qui sont les bienvenus !!

Siamo stati una notte presso il Mercure Demeures de Campagne Parc Du Coudray nel corso di un tour organizzato. La struttura è piacevole con ampi spazi nel verde, buoni spazi comuni con biliardo e calciobalilla e ampio parcheggio. Purtroppo appare mal gestita. All’arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera con due letti invece della matrimoniale richiesta. Gentilmente ce l’hanno cambiata… con un’altra con due lettini. Al terzo tentativo sono riusciti finalmente a trovarne una. Camera peraltro confortevole (a parte il bagno senza bidet come d’uso in Francia). Il peggio è stata la cena compresa nel pacchetto. L’antipasto era pomposamente definito “tartare” di melone alla menta. Una macedonia monoprodotto, insomma. Il secondo di pesce non era male ma era poco pesce e tante (buone) patate e finocchi (meno buoni), Il clou è stato il dessert: una sfoglia con pere arrivata porzionata ma mancavano tre porzioni. Bel posto ma con grandi spazi di miglioramento organizzativo, specialmente in cucina.

Diner vooraf geboekt. 2x op de rekening. Bij reclamatie wordt er iets van de rekening gehaald, maar niet voldoende. Vage uitleg over 2 gangenprijs, 3 gangen gegeten. Daarnaast bedwantsen in kamer. Overall slechte service, nors personeel. Enige pluspunt was park waarin hotel ligt.

Please be ensure that I pay all my best attention to the comments you sent through our satisfaction survey and, I questioned my whole staff regarding the matters that occurred during your stay at Mercure Demeure de Campagne Parc du Coudray. During this stay, you booked your room with an half-board menu which included a 2 courses meals (starter and main course or main course an dessert). Unfortunately I have to recognize that you have been billed twice for this menu and I regret that you had to ask to the front desk while we should have correct this mistake before. I just want to confirm that we deduced the amount of the food that you paid for upon reservation but that we drinks were at your charge an correspond to the balance that you notice in your comment. Regarding the bed bugs, as soon as we have been informed we carefully inspected the room you stayed in and I can confirm that we didn’t notice any trace. Just to be definitely sure, I will contact our pest controller to have a professional confirmation. Due to our location in the middle of the wood, it sometimes happen that forest bugs enter into the hotel… But you can be sure that we are really aware about the matter of the bed bugs and that we pay our best attention to this subject. Unfortunately I understand that your stay didn’t satisfied your expectations, and again I would like to express my sincere apologies. Hotel heeft een fraaie uitstraling. Restaurant was prima qua bediening en gerechten. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Kleine receptie, maar zeer snelle incheck, door vriendelijke medewerker.
